BODY & MIND DAY Convention is an event dedicated to both professionals and exercise lovers. We spend a few hours celebrating wellness perfectly blending sports activities in a smart way to understand "movement for life".

We have made an intensive full program that will improve Personal Training skills of all instructors attending to it. From Thursday to Sunday, instructors will have amount of practice supported by theory, a real extensive boot camp experience.

The STEP INTERVAL TRAINING workshop will provide you with the theoretical and practical basics to be able to understand the process of building and teaching an Interval class, based on Functional Exercise Intervals, using the stepper as the main accessory.

Aerobic Interval training is a training system created in athletics and track and field disciplines. It consists originally in dividing a longer distance in short distances that summed complete the longer one. This method that involves a series of low-to-high intensity workouts interspersed with rest or relief periods.

At Stretching Course you will learn the basis of analytic and global of the most important stretches; you will understand the practice by couples (assisted stretching very useful for Personal Trainers), then you will practice the same exercises on group (useful for Group Fitness trainers or for Personal Trainers of mini-groups).

With influences from the Kyokushin and Ashihara Karate styles, this workshop was created for Martial Arts enthusiasts but also for group fitness profesionists.
