BAG BOX READY TO GO

This workshop is addressed to all those who want to learn how to design a Bag Boxing class, using elements inspired by martial arts, especially from Kickboxing, but also to fitness enthusiast  who want to deepen their knowledge.

The concept of Bag Box is a popular concept, because the training itself is very energic,  high intensity and correlated with exhilarating music.

We will focus on the basic techniques, kicks and punches and we'll learn how to execute them correctly and safely, using a variety of moves executed on a punching bag. We will build simple fundamental combinations, as well as complex, athletic combinations which will help us to develop coordination, reaction speed, agility and strength. All these on an alert engaging music with a  140 - 160 bpm.

YOU WILL LEARN:

• How to design a class from A to Z in accordance with the music; warm-up, main part and stretching
• To use a correct technique of arms and legs, effective and applicable
• How to design basic combinations or complex combinations
• How to adapt the intensity of the class without losing sight of the safety of the participants

TRAINER: LAURENȚIU ILIESCU

Practitioner of Ashihara Karate since 2000, Laurentiu has been following the path of Martial Arts for 22 years and from his point of view the practice of Martial Arts never ends. During the years of practice he participated in countless national and international Kata (technique) and Kumite (fighting) competitions where he obtained bronze, silver and gold medals in all the categories he participated in. After finishing his sports career he became a group fitness instructor and personal trainer at the World Class clubs and has been inspiring participants to follow an active lifestyle ever since.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Bring towels and drinks for avoiding dishidratation during all day practice. Students will be provided with manuals in electronic format, via email. Better bring all necessary for taking notes when demanded by trainers. Video is not allowed: Only in very specific moments of the education under trainer acceptance and supervision.
