RESISTANCE BANDS TRAINING WITH RAUL TOMA & ISABELA LĂCĂTUȘ
In this workshop, you will experience, a multitude of exercises and variants of basic exercises with resistance bands. On the first day you will practice a wide range of exercises for personal training. The next day you will learn variants of the basic exercises so that they can be used in group or mini-group workouts.
The adaptability and versatility of the resistance bands make them suitable for all fitness levels, from those who recover from injury to performance athletes. In the fitness-wellness field, the bands can be used in a smaller studio for personal training, outside or even in mini group classes.
Other benefits of resistance training:
- Muscle toning with low risk of injury,
- Improving balance,
- Reduction of back pain,
- Reduction of joint pain,
- Increased metabolism.
However, keep in mind that it is possible to compromise the quality of your workout by incorrectly placing the tape or using inadequate resistance.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Working materials: long circular elastic bands with a circumference of 2 meters. The accessories (set of bands) are provided by Move On, only during the workshop.
Better bring all necessary for taking notes when demanded by trainers. Video is not allowed: Only in very specific moments of the education under trainer acceptance and supervision.
