POWER AEROBIC - GROUP TRAINING Workshop
This workshop is created for group instructors who know musical theory and they want to easily design athletic blocks, both cardio and strength, in sync with rhythmic music. After completing this workshop, you will be a more creative, effective and well-liked instructor. You will develop your ability to design intense and fun classes in a short time. Each participant will receive the theoretical and the practical elements and a participation diploma.

YOU WILL LEARN
• How to structure your class effectively,
• Teaching methods
• Communication strategies - cueing,
• How to optimally combine cardio with strength exercises,
• Variations and substitutions of basic aerobic steps,
• How to combine strength exercises,
• How to design blocks with your own weight as well as with fitness accessories,
• How to scale the exercises according to the fitness level of the participants.

MASTER TRAINER: Alexandru Huhulea
Alexandru Huhulea, ex-football player, graduated Physical Education and Sports, aerobic-fitness and pilates instructor, a personal trainer and trainer. He is energetic, creative, tenacious and he is constantly improving by attending courses, workshops, conventions and contests.
His enthusiasm and passion for sports can be seen through all the workshops and aerobics classes that he presented in fitness events.
