POSTERIOR CHAIN DEVELOPMENT Workshop
Posterior Chain Development is an interactive and in-depth workshop, dedicated to professionals in the field and fitness enthusiasts, focusing on exploring and perfecting training for the posterior chain.
This detailed workshop offers a deep understanding of the anatomy and biomechanics of the posterior chain, emphasizing essential muscle groups such as the glutes, hamstrings, and back muscles.
The workshop will also include an extensive practical component, where participants will be able to directly experience each exercise under guidance.
You will leave this workshop not only with valuable theoretical knowledge but also with a set of practices immediately applicable in your training routine or in training your clients.

MASTER TRAINER: SZABO LORAND
A former basketball player with nearly a decade of experience in personal training and group fitness, he specialized in Kinesiotherapy for Musculoskeletal Disorders by completing a master’s degree at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport within the Babeş-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca.
Armed with experience in the field and courses such as Scientific Back Training & Scientific Core Conditioning (Chek Institute), TRX Sports Medicine Suspension Training Course, he is ready to bring you a wealth of valuable theoretical knowledge and sets of practices immediately applicable in your training routine or in training your clients.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Bring towels and drinks for avoiding dishidratation during all day practice.
- Students will be provided with manuals in electronic format via e-mail.
- Better bring all necessary for taking notes when demanded by trainers.
- Video is not allowed: Only in very specific moments of the education under trainer acceptance and supervision.
