MUSCLE HYPERTROPHY Workshop
Muscle development represents an ideal of any man or teenager who crosses the threshold of a fitness gym. Beyond the specific elements of nutrition and the two phases of training a professional bodybuilder (bulk or definition), which are all about nutrition, the key element of muscle hypertrophy is the practical part, the training in the gym.
We will present the evolution of bodybuilding, and the two main directions: HIT and Old school training vs New school.

MASTER TRAINER: IONUȚ COSMA
Graduated from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport in 2006 with a degree in Physical Education and Sports, Ionut continued his education participating in numerous fitness specialization courses such as Personal Trainer, Sport Nutrition, Kettlebell, Bosu, Schwinn Cycling courses , Functional training with various accessories or with your own weight, Stretching, HIIT, HIT, Communication Skills, FitMomInAction - Ante and Post Partum Training.
During his career as a personal trainer, he developed good time management skills, analytical thinking and creative thinking, which helped him in his profession as a trainer of fitness instructors.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Bring towels and drinks for avoiding dishidratation during all day practice.
- Students will be provided with manuals in electronic format, via e-mail.
- Better bring all necessary for taking notes when demanded by trainers.
- Video is not allowed: Only in very specific moments of the education under trainer acceptance and supervision.
