PILATES CLASS DESIGN
DESCRIPTION OF THE WORKSHOP:
It can be a real challenge to build your own Pilates classes, especially at the beginning, when you still have no experience and don't know how to "play" with the exercises, or from time to time, when you simply feel a lack of creativity. Of course, it helps us to follow and be inspired by international Pilates stars and these days there are multiple possibilities to get new information, especially from the online field.
But what do you think about a workshop where you can learn how to build your own Pilates classes, to discover new workout templates that will take you out of the monotony and add more interest to the participants?
The workshop is for you if you are already a Pilates instructor, with at least a Basic Matwork certification, regardless of years of experience or number of hours taught.
I invite you to the Pilates Design Class workshop to discover together the magic of creative training: Pilates Categories, Pilates Circuit, Pilates Challenge Class.
YOU WILL LEARN:
• How to build exercise progressions, starting from pre-Pilates variations and up to the "final picture" of the exercises.
• How to combine exercises in such a way as to fulfill different goals.
• How to build classes by categories, complete trainings, exercise circuits or get out of the classic version of the exercise, offering the participants different and
• How to adapt to the different training levels of group class participants.

TRAINER: CARMEN-ALINA ARDELEANU
Carmen is a Pilates Instructor, certified by Move On Pilates Academy and has a Coach specialization, within Coaching and Leadership International Canada. She has been teaching Pilates since 2016 and currently has more than 1500 hours of Pilates taught as group classes and individual training. She participated as a guest presenter at two international conventions organized by the Move On Fitness School in 2019 and 2020: Move On Fitness Planet and Yin and Yang Convention. She is constantly improving her knowledge in Pilates and strongly believes in spreading the idea that Pilates is for everyone.
Bring towels and drinks for avoiding dishidratation during all day practice. Students will be provided with manuals in electronic format, via email. Better bring all necessary for taking notes when demanded by trainers. Video is not allowed: Only in very specific moments of the education under trainer acceptance and supervision.
