AEROBIC INTERVAL TRAINING

Level: Beginner - intermediate

Description

The AEROBIC INTERVAL TRAINING workshop will provide you with the theoretical and practical bases to be able to understand the process of building and teaching an Aerobics class based on Intervals with Functional Exercise, benefiting from all the advantages of an Interval training.

The workshop will also serve as a source of inspiration for new teaching and communication methods. In addition, you will learn the complete choreography that you can then apply to your Interval classes.

The interval class is perfect to achieve your health & fitness goals! Cardio, strength or isometric exercises, fast movements, intense rhythm, you will find them all in the Interval class. All of this will help you to tone your muscles, burn calories and feel better.

The basic principle of the interval training classes consists in alternating the periods of intense activity with those of recovery, preparing the body for the next intensity interval. Recovery is an active one, maintaining the movement throughout the class.

Will you learn:

We have prepared a special workshop for you, with a lot of emphasis on the practical side.

• Structure of the Aerobic Interval Training class

• Examples of exercises that can be taught on Intervals in Aerobics classes

• Teaching techniques

• Communication strategies - queuing

• Applying the notions learned - complete choreographies by Aerobic Interval Training

You will receive a manual that will contain details about all these things, which we will apply practically.

Trainer: TUNDE KOVACS

Tünde, a fitness instructor with more than 15 years of experience, has started the activity in sports at the age of 6, with gymnastics, tennis and then with athletics at performance level, obtaining gold and silver medals at the 100 m and 200 m sprints at the National Competitions. In 2009 she obtained the Bachelor’s Degree at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport from Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, and in 2011 she obtained the Master’s Degree in Training and Sports Performance at the same University.

In 2016, she won the New Faces of Fitness Competition in Romania and won 2nd place at the Days for Fit New Presenter Competition in Napoli. Because of her great results obtained at the international competitions of Step and Dance, but also due to her activity performed with a lot of enthusiasm daily, Tünde received the Instructor of the Year award in 2016.

Tünde is a member of the Move On team starting with 2017, having experience on the national stages (Move On Fitness Planet Convention) and international stages (Rimini Wellness Convention 2018, Roma GLP Academy Fitness Event 2019, Bibione Beach Festival 2019).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Better bring all necessary for taking notes when demanded by trainers. Video is not allowed: Only in very specific moments of the education under trainer acceptance and supervision.

For logistic reasons, some modifications may appear in the program of the course. These will be announced in due time for a better organization of the course.
