The Pilates FIT Props workshop is for everyone who want to expand their knowledge on the matwork repertoire. The Fitness Props are in fact all the small accessories that we can find in any aerobic studio (hand weights, steps, BOSU….) and that we regularly do no use in the Pilates matwork classes.
During the two days workshop you will explore variations of the matwork exercises using hand weights and the BOSU. You will learn how to challenge the Powerhouse by using the hand weights as an asymmetrical resistance and the BOSU as a challenge on your balance.

Sara Bucurescu: Move On Master Trainer
Sara is Physical Education Teacher, with a Master in Nutrition at the Kinesiology Faculty of Bucharest, and highly qualified Personal Trainer. Amount of other fitness certifications complete her profile; she also has different Les Mills certifications and is Kettlebell instructor by the International Ghirasport Federation. Very focused on Pilates, Sara is certified by BASI in Istanbul, FIF in Italy, and by Move On Pilates Academy in Romania. She keeps travelling and engaging herself in multiple courses in Romania and abroad sharing her teaching in conventions and events and in the studios with all her clients and trainees
