20 February 2016 – 20 places available maximum
Charles De Gaulle W, Bucharest
From 12’30 to 18’00 hours.
Cinzia and Max have been Fletcher® Pilates European Faculty until the end of 2015 and now collaborate as Master Trainers with Balanced Body sharing their big teaching experience for professionals. In this 5 effective hours Max and Cinzia will pass review to some interesting exercises originally created for the Universal Reformer and Trapeze or Cadillac. Not every instructor has the chance to work on big Pilates equipment, but thanks to this workshop it will be possible to adapt to Mat Work some of the exercises of the machines repertoire.
Instructors will have a short introduction to the classic way of working in big Pilates apparel and will see the exercises close to their original form. They will be discussed and analyzed before to be adapted to Mat Work sessions. At the end of the workshop a full Mat Work masterclass based on Reformer and Cadillac will be practiced and discussed.
A totally alternative way to present Mat Work based on the Reformer and Cadillac. A beautiful day dedicated to increase culture and education on Pilates with two great professionals of the discipline.

- From Classic to Contemporary Pilates
- Workshop 1: Universal Reformer and Cadillac exercises selection – review and analyze
- Workshop 2: Adaptation to Mat Work respecting Big Equipment goal and spine mechanics
