POSTURAL DYNAMIC SPECIALIST COURSE
Course days: April 4th-5th, April 25th-26th and 9May 9th-10th 2020
Mattia has created this course and wants to highlight this Systematic Evaluation focused on Postural Assessment and Exercise Dosage coming to support personal trainers and fitness coaches work who meet the real cases of muscle imbalance.
Posture is most fundamental part of motor actions. It is the foundamental key upon which other actions are built and must be sufficiently stable to allow movements of the extremities. Movement is ubiquitous in every posture even while lying down, the body is in motion. With no postural control, most motor behaviors are impossible.
The development of postural control instigates a cascade of new skills and opens up new possibilities for looking, social interactions, manual actions and locomotion. Postural control emerges from the interaction of a growing body dealing with the constraints of the physical environment—gravity, air, the properties of the support surface and so on.
Caregiving practices can speed up or delay postural control and the cascade of new skills that follow. The importance of analysis of motor control and line body reading could help all those involved in the Movement.
