IYENGAR® Yoga Workshop
Four general classes studying and practicing all major poses families (Standing poses, forward extensions, abdominal asana, twists, back extensions, restorative and more).
Program Day 1: 3 hours general class / 2 hours general class
Program Day 2: 3 hours general class / 2 hours restorative class and pranayama
Dressing code: Preferably cotton clothes allowing to see body parts for better alignment. Avoid baggy pants or lose t-shirts. No big jewelry allowed during the practice. Long hairs should be dressed to not disturb during the practice. Practice is made barefoot, not socks or Yoga socks allowed.
Water policy: Drink before the class, come hydrated enough. If you bring your bottles, take them near by your belongings, not near the mats or practice walls.
Food: You can eat light couple of hours before the practice.
Health condition: Please, kindly inform privately the teacher if you think that some health condition may affect the practice. Pregnancy state and menstruation should be addressed.

Accessories - Very important: We will provide for practice a blanket, 2 wooden blocks and a belt per person. Each participant must bring their own support (suitable for the supine position, for example, Supta Badhakonasana) and a blanket. If there is no support, several blankets can be used, depending on your condition. Polyester, acrylic or towel blankets are not suitable for practice. You may want to bring your bolsters if you have.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The workshop is taught in English. Better bring all necessary for taking notes when demanded by trainers. Video is not allowed: Only in very specific moments of the education under trainer acceptance and supervision.
