IMPORTANT
- Despite our workshops are open to everybody, it is required a minimum level of practice. If you want to attend to some of our Iyengar Yoga workshops notice that the more you practice before, the more understanding you will get from them.
- If you own proper Yoga blankets and mats you are welcome to bring them to the course. We provide basic equipment but it is always better to carry yours if you are used to.
- Bring water; we normally don’t drink during the asana practice but we will globally practice amount of time. It is good to hydrate yourself properly.
- Bring material to take notes, but during the practices it is normally forbidden to write, make pictures or filming. Unless teachers consent it specifically in the moment.
Come with an open mind but narrow focus. You will enjoy. Namaste.
